"I've been enjoying the Mantis greatly. It can be a work horse and do what I want from a mono synth but being able to hit the Quad button is very useful and changes everything.
Beyond what I expect from a synth it has some really different and useful extra oscillators that take it into digital harmonic territory, add to that the very flexible Oscar style filter you have something quite deep on your hands.
It definitely goes places of its own. I used to have an Oscar and this comes as close to the core sound, more than any other hardware I've had.
Oh and the reverb is quirky and ace! I've found it gives off a vintage ambient vibe that has been very handy on a score I’ve been working on.
